What we store

Your account (email, name, or your Sign in with Apple identifier), the transactions and budgets you enter or import, and statement files you choose to upload for import.

How it is used

Only to run the app for you: show your city, your spending, and your savings plan. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share it with third parties. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure.

Sharing and the leaderboard

If you share your city, the people you invite (and who accept) see and edit the same transactions, budgets and plan. If you join the optional leaderboard, other players see only your city's name, your rank and your saved percentage or rounded spending, never your name or email. You can leave either at any time.

Support messages

If you write to us from the support page, we keep your email and message only to reply to you.

Bank access

Coinville never connects to your bank and never asks for bank passwords. You add transactions yourself or import a file you exported.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Profile → Delete account. Your account, transactions, budgets, and uploaded files are deleted permanently.
